I bought this product as a Birthday Present so I do not know the Product working status. However the person whom it was bought for seems to be happy with it
The Product was recieved within the time frame of delivering service However the box did seem a little mangled on reciept but we all know how couriers can be.
Other than this i am happy with the service.

Overall disappointed. The Power On timer does not work and the frame lacks the vital random mode of slide show.
On the positive side, the pic resolution is quite good.

We bought this frame for my father-in-laws 80th. It is a very lovely frame to look at, and very easy to use. However, the one thing we really wanted it to do, it doesn't - it won't pick the pictures randomly. It will only show them in the order you put them on. As this was for "Grandad" we were scanning all the baby pictures and old photos, so if we'd used this frame, they would have all been in batches from the same events ect.... We ended up buying a smaller and not nearly so nice frame with no remote control, so were very dissapointed. Brilliant frame I guess if you just want to add new pics as you take them.

GIFT FOR MY SISTER, SHE LOVES IT. GOOD QUALITY PICTURE. CAME FROM GERMANY, SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH THE PLUG CAME WITH A TWO PIN CONNECTION. i NOTIFIED THE COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT OUT A UK PLUG. NO PROBLEM.
