As a student, I liked this book. You choose a song from list A, one from list B and one from list C, pracitce and practice and then play them at your grade 1 exam. The songs are nice, too! My three choices were Gavot (Beautiful music from an old dance), a Song of Erin (A sad, slow piece, but I loved it!) and African Dance (A fun, jolly, dancey tune).

Bought for my youngest son to help prepare for his Grade 1 exam. Does exactly what it says on the tin:- Grade 1 exam practice pieces. Bought other books from same range to accompany this one.
