1. Event Hire
This may sometimes be referred to as short term or occasional hire. The timescale may be anything from an hour or two (for a wedding ceremony for example) to a few days (for a musical production perhaps).
We offer event hire to anyonce, From theatres and festivals, celebrations and weddings, piano examinations to corporate functions and private parties. We supply recording studios, concert halls, hotels, film sets and so on. We offer a very simple inclusive price structure. We are quite happy to liasise directly with the venues regarding logistics to ease the worry for our clients.
Our highly competitive fees and quotations will be inclusive of delivery, collection, tuning to standard concert pitch, adjustable stool and insurance.
We are able to provide quality upright Pianos or High quality Grand Pianos. prices will of course vary accordig to your needs, the quality of the instrument that you wish to hire and the duration and location.

2. Grand Piano Hire
We have access to a wide range of Grand Pianos suitable for home hire. We can provide an instrument that will meet your needs in terms of budget and quality.
Suitable for a student, enthusiast, business person or overseas visitor. In fact our instruments would be suitable for anyon. We operate on a flexible basis and can provide modern pianos as required. You can later purchase the piano if you so wish but there is never any pressure!
Our fees for Grand Piano Hire, rangies from £80.00 to £150.00 monthly, vary according to the make and model of piano! We usually ask for three months’ fees in advance plus the cost of delivery and collection.For this type of hire we operate a minimum 6 month period. However for shorter periods please contact us for further details and costs. We will provide the insurance value of the instrument and ask the hirer to ensure that the instrument is fully covered through your home contents insurance policy or separate stand alone policy if necessary.
Pre-delivery tuning is included and on-site post delivery tuning can be arranged if required.
3. Upright Piano Hire
We have access to a wide range of traditional upright Pianos suitable for home hire. We can provide an instrument that will meet your needs in terms of budget and quality.
All Upright Pianos would be traditional instruments and overstrung and underdamped. For intermediate needs the models would be slightly more modern.
Our pricing structure is quite simple:
- Beginners Instruments - £35 per month
- Intermediates - £80 per month
For this type of hire we operate a minimum 6 month period. However for shorter periods please contact us for further details and costs. We will provide the insurance value of the instrument and ask the hirer to ensure that the instrument is fully covered through your home contents insurance policy or separate stand alone policy if necessary.

Should I Buy or Should I Hire an Upright Piano?
For some people buying a Piano outright is not an option, but hiring may be the perfect solution to confirming whether you or a family member are really to become a keen pianist!
Our Hire Scheme is a good way to test whether the piano you have chosen is right for you or even whether it is something you would like at all!!
It is particularly a good idea for parents with children just starting learning to play the piano, who don't know whether it will be a long term interest or just a faze.
It gives you the option to hire a piano for 6 months to see whether you or your children are interested without the burden of having to buy a piano outright.
If you decide to keep the piano after 6 months, then your rental costs (less delivery) will be allowed against the purchase price of the instrument. You also have the option to upgrade if you are not happy with the current piano and want to upgrade; your rental charge can be offset against a better piano.
Alternatively you may decide that the piano is not for you or your children, in which case we will collect the piano at the end of the 6 months at no extra cost and you wont have bought a piano that wont be used!
